1. Payment and Enrollment

Payment for the selected language program must be completed before the commencement of the actual lessons.

2. Lesson Attendance and Cancellation

Students are required to provide a minimum of 24-hour notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled lesson. Failure to attend a lesson without notice will result in the deduction of that lesson from the total purchased lessons.

3. Lesson Timeliness

Lessons will commence and conclude at the agreed-upon time, regardless of the student's punctuality.

4. Holiday Period

Each student is entitled to a two-week holiday period during the course of the language program.

6. Withdrawal and Refunds

In the event a student decides to discontinue the course, a refund will be issued minus a 20% administrative charge and any associated bank transfer fees.

7. Communication

All requests for changes in lesson time, course changes, additional lessons, or notifications of absence must be communicated to the platform's management via email.

8. Lesson Timing

All lesson timings will be scheduled based on the Egypt, Cairo Time (GMT +2).

9. Children's Participation

Students under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult during their lessons.
